Every one have different different way of doing Choreography , but this is how  i used to choreograph firstly i have to Understand the song as every single lyrics and every single tone and beat of the Music matter in choreography so used to understand the song firstly and then according to the genre of the songs used to decide the dance form that will be the best possible with the song, and then with the lyrics , Beats and music and Counts used to prepare steps into sections and parts and make combinations of steps and with the flow of music and Dance steps the routine of dancing then formed as choreography and this how is used to innovate new and new choreographies and yes always needs focus and creative and innovative skills that can make the dance choreography even more interesting
